Copenhagen | Restaurant Branding
Copenhagen is a fictitious New Nordic Cuisine restaurant located in Lower Greenville Dallas, TX. The restaurant is based on the New Nordic Cuisine Manifesto, relying on only fresh ingredients. I designed this brand based on the idea that the restaurant would have a garden behind the restaurant where they could use only the most fresh fruits and vegetables in their dishes. The logo is custom type I designed to go alongside the mark which combines a leaf with a map pin. Steel and brick would be featured throughout this semi-upscale restaurant to compliment the fresh green and light gray color scheme.
